A "Day" encompasses three essential categories:

• Scores: Rate the overall quality of your day on a scale from 1 to 5.
• Activities: Log the actions you have undertaken throughout the day using descriptive verbs.
• Prompts: Engage in self-reflection by answering multiple-choice questions designed to deepen your introspection.

The "Catalogs" feature allows users to build a personalized repository of Activities and Prompts, enhancing the day-tracking experience according to individual preferences. When adding entries to a Day, users can select from these custom options.

Additionally, the "Tiles and Stats" function enables you to visualize your data succinctly. This feature empowers you to identify patterns over time: Are your days improving or declining? Are certain activities becoming more prevalent or diminishing? Are you still contemplating that infatuation with the individual from the local coffee shop? Consistent tracking offers insights into such queries.
